Is XVII a registered company?: Yes. XVII Homes and Realestate Limited is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, RC 9724741, and operates from COP39, Dubai-Abuja International Trade Centre, behind Games Village, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
What does XVII actually do?: Three things, all real estate: our own development projects (currently Palm Luxury Estate — Phase 3), brokerage of other properties across Abuja, and advisory work for investors and developers. We’re not multifamily-only — that’s where our first project sits, not the limit of what we do.
How do I buy a unit on Palm Luxury Estate — Phase 3?: Get in touch through the enquiry form on the project page or by WhatsApp. We’ll confirm which build specification (carcass, advanced carcass, or fully finished) and payment structure suits you, then move to a reservation.
How does XVII verify a property's title before listing it?: Every listing is reviewed on title before anything else — we would rather turn a site down than put a buyer into a document chain we can’t stand behind. If a specific listing’s title documentation is something you want to discuss in detail, ask us directly; we’re open about what we’ve verified and what we haven’t.
I have a property and want XVII to broker it. How does that work?: You tell us about the project, we review it on title first, and if it clears that bar we bring it to buyers — terms are agreed per project, not off a fixed rate card.
