XVII Homes and Realestate Limited is a registered Nigerian company, rooted in Abuja and serving national and international buyers. We develop, broker, and advise on real estate — multifamily is where we build today, but development, brokerage, and advisory go further than that.
We ask what you’re after before we recommend anything — return on an investment, or a home to live in — and build the plan around that, not the other way round.
If you cannot stand on the site yourself, we close that gap: title verified independently before anything is listed, site footage and walkthroughs on request, and your own inspector welcome at any point. Every price is itemized before you commit.
